My little sister let me borrow her Sun Oven this week and we have been trying out all kinds of different things to bake. This is my first batch of cookies and loaf of bread that we did in the oven. They both turned out great and my favorite part was that it is nearly impossible to overbake! When I was making the bread, it was time to pull it out when the kids were in the bath - so I was a little worried that it went an extra 20 minutes, but when I took it out of the pan, it was nice and soft. We even did macaroni and cheese as well as rice and salmon. It was a lot of fun and the house stayed very cool with all the baking being done outside. If you have one of these sitting in your basement somewhere, pull it out, you'll LOVE it!
