This has been such a great (and busy) week for our family! After all the birthday fun, on Sunday Chris received his white coat. It was neat the way the ceremony was done. Several times, the students were told how they had earned their place here (Physicians, Physician Assistants and Physical Therapists) and how each group is a part of the team that is privileged to help our society as healers. Once they received their coats, they took the Osteopathic Oath and were welcomed as Colleagues into the profession. Yeah!!! Of course we know that we are not done yet, but the course has been set and he is on track. Congratulations Chris!!! We will continue to cheer you on. You have worked so hard to get here. Way to go!
We had to wait in our seats for about an hour before the ceremony began. Lizzy decided it was more comfortable to hang upside down while she waited.

Lookin' good Chris!!! I'm so happy for you and your family to be in medical school! Hope it is going well!
Isn't the White Coat Ceremony very inspiring! You look great in your white coat, I love the "student doctor" title on it! Awesome! Enjoy this time in your life! :)
Congratulations all around! Keep up the great work. I can't believe how quickly it seems things can change. It wasn't too long ago you were still in Riverton...we're missing having three-year-olds around here, though. Lucas will be the ONLY sunbeam in January unless something changes soon. Good luck with more schooling. :)
