The Unicorn - with mouth open, ready for CANDY!!!

Blurry face, but the smile was so cute I couldn't resist.

Elegant Queen Esther - who within a few days of trick or treat lost 2 teeth - hmmm, that's not suspicious, is it?

The giggly nurse - who has played "nurse" ever since.

The whole clan. Dad was an Indian, but looked a bit more like a "mountain man" and I was his squaw.
We dressed up early in the day to make the most of it - Emily had been sick for a few days before and was finally feeling better and a little bummed she missed the ward and school parties earlier in the week. So by 10 am we were all decked out for a parade around the front room. In the afternoon we trick or treated Grama and Grampa Ryan's and visited a few houses up on the mountain - IT WAS FREEZING!!!
Then we headed back to our old neighborhood in Riverton to trick or treat another block and ended at our old house where Grama Elder was staying. We really like the trick or treat and then travel idea - the kids get very little candy and trick or treating still feels like it takes all night to them so they don't feel gypped!

Happy Halloween from the Ryans!
